My client is a premier, digital pharmacy focused on personalized care through high-quality, non-sterile compounds, including our proprietary Oral Dissolving Tablets (ODTs). We work with innovative telehealth platforms, digital health companies, and forward-thinking clinics across therapeutic areas like GLP-1, hormone therapy, sexual health, anti-aging, dermatology, and more.

We're growing fast and building a nimble, high-performing team that's focused on impact, execution, and long-term relationships.


About the role:

We're hiring two Account Managers, one to support and scale our digital health and telehealth partnerships, and another to manage and grow our relationships with brick-and-mortar clinics. These are hybrid roles at the intersection of client strategy, operations, and growth. You'll own high-value relationships, optimize how we deliver care through partners, and help turn complexity into scalable systems.

This is not a transactional sales position, its a strategic partnership role. You'll collaborate across internal teams, anticipate client needs, drive expansion, and build repeatable processes that enhance performance and retention.


Duties and responsibilities:

  • Own and manage a portfolio of key accounts, serving as a strategic partner and primary point of contact.
  • Develop and execute tailored account plans that align with each partners goals, whether clinical or digital.
  • Analyze prescribing and purchasing trends to identify growth opportunities and operational improvements.
  • Identify friction in the client experience or fulfillment workflows and drive internal solutions to close gaps.
  • Partner with leadership on growth initiatives and retention strategies across client segments.
  • Conduct account mapping to surface key stakeholders, decision-makers, and operational influencers.
  • Lead business reviews and capabilities presentations for current and prospective partners.
  • Collaborate with pharmacy, fulfillment, and client services to ensure exceptional execution and scalability.
  • Pitch expanded medication offerings and therapeutic categories to support client expansion.
  • Represent my client at industry events, conferences, and strategic client meetings, if applicable.
  • Bring back frontline insights to shape product development, service enhancements, and internal priorities.


Must have qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of experience in pharmacy, digital health, healthcare services, or client success/account management.
  • Proven success owning client relationships and driving results across operations, strategy, and execution.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and scalable processes.
  • Strong communication skills, comfortable engaging with executives and cross-functional partners alike.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving approach.
  • Adaptable and resourceful, able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, and ambiguous environment.


Nice to have qualifications:

  • Exposure to compounding or mail-order pharmacy, or experience supporting clinics and or telehealth delivery models.
  • Familiarity with pharmacy operations, fulfillment workflows, or healthcare compliance.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives or participating in feedback loops for product or service refinement.
