BBSI searching for an entry-level Data Entry Level Representative in Manufacturing with touch fasteners and the products / hooks, elastic/fabrics, shoelaces

DATA ENTRY/ADMIN ASST

Customer service, Order Taker
1-2 entry level experience

Responsibilities

Order Taking

• Receive and process customer orders via phone, email, or online systems.

• Excel /Accurately enter order details into internal databases 

• Confirm order information with customers to ensure accuracy.

• Communicate order confirmations, shipping times, and product availability.

Documentation

• Maintain organized and up-to-date records of customer orders, invoices, and related documents.

• Prepare and file shipping and delivery documentation.

• Ensure proper documentation for internal audits and compliance.

• Generate reports as requested by management (e.g., daily order summary, backlog report).

Tracking

• Monitor the status of orders from placement through delivery.

• Coordinate with logistics or warehouse teams to verify shipment statuses.

• Update customers on order progress or delays.

• Track returns and exchanges and document outcomes.

️ Logging

• Log all communications related to order issues, adjustments, or customer feedback.

• Record discrepancies or problems with orders and escalate to the appropriate department.

• Maintain logs for inventory movement related to order processing.

• Ensure logs are updated in real-time or per established timeframes.

Education and Experience:

• Excellent oral and written English language communication skills
• Minimum 1-2 years of business-to-business sales experience with an emphasis on product sales.
• Good organizational skills
• Intermediate skills in MS Outlook, Word and Excel, and Power Point.
• Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Salary $19.00

Schedule- Mon-Fri 7am-4pm
