As a valued member of our team your compensation package would include:
- $25.00 - $30.00/hour

This is where you come in…
Your Impact
As CRG’s Bookkeeper you will collaborate with company-wide departments to ensure cost-effective operations and assist with important data entry. You will help manage accounts payable and accounts receivable; as well as assist in company wide and location specific cost projections. As CRG’s Bookkeeper, through tracking accurate labor costs, food costs, administrative costs, and vendor invoicing; you will make a large impact on the operations of our company and have a positive impact on expansion efforts. Overall, you will be critical in documenting and tracking important data for company-wide financial success and operations.
Responsibilities of the job include but are not limited to :
Accounts Payable
- Maintain accurate vendor transactions.
- Pay bills in a timely manner and under each vendor’s payment terms.
- Enter vendor invoices and company receipts into MarginEdge.
- Monitor accounts payable to track for appropriate pricing and discount opportunities.
Accounts Receivable
- Reconcile and track daily sales, including customer refunds.
- Confirm company returns, back-orders, and sales tax application.
Data Entry and Reporting
- Maintain and utilize historical financial data to compile reports on sales projections and departmental costs.
- Run reports for fact-checking and notify accounting of any errors.
- Assist CRG administrative team with data entry needs across company-wide systems.
- Pull data and generate reports as requested by administrative and executive teams.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience with Accounts Payable
- Experience and comfort-ability with Quickbooks Online, Microsoft Office 365, 10-Key, and Google Suites
- Attention to detail
- Exemplary communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and as a team
- Excellent organizational skills
