Job Description A Day in the Life: A Front End Supervisor ensures fast, friendly, and accurate checkout service by prioritizing customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing and scheduling Front End Clerks, Courtesy Clerks, and Customer Service Clerks. The role involves handling customer relations positively, resolving complaints, providing excellent customer service, performing cashier duties, and engaging in sales techniques. Additionally, the position supervises front end activities, maintains cleanliness and safety, manages cash flow, handles emergencies, enforces dress standards, and oversees store employees in the absence of the Store Manager.
