GET TO KNOW THE ROLE:

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Schedule: 1:30 pm - 10 pm (start and end times may vary slightly)

What your typical day looks like:

Picture yourself as an essential component in our security operations. You step into a world where precision matters. Your afternoons/evenings are dedicated to dispatching jobs with meticulous detail, orchestrating a seamless security experience for our clients. Throughout the evening, you engage in direct client communication, ensuring their needs are met with excellence. Evenings are your canvas for data management, where you input notes and job details into our state-of-the-art systems. It's not just a job; it's a journey into the heart of security where you are the architect of safety.

To stand at the forefront as our Data Entry - Customer Care Specialist, you'll need:

• 1+ years of dispatching experience (HVAC company or similar)
• Excellent phone etiquette
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Typing speed of 30+ words per minute
• Basic computer skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Customer service experience
• Fluency in both English and Spanish
