Job Description

What You’ll Do:

Relate Search has partnered with a leading manufacturer to identify an experienced HR Manager to support and drive human resources strategy and operations at a critical production site. This position plays a central role in partnering with operations leadership on performance management, organizational development, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and compliance. The HR Manager will serve as a trusted advisor, aligning HR initiatives with business goals while championing a positive, high-performance culture in a non-union manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a collaborative HR business partner to managers and supervisors, providing coaching and subject matter expertise.
  • Drive performance management, career development, and employee relations strategies aligned with core values and compliance requirements.
  • Coordinate compensation, benefits, and talent systems to ensure consistent application of policies and practices.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition and site leaders to ensure successful hiring, onboarding, and workforce planning strategies.
  • Champion employee engagement action plans and monitor KPIs such as turnover and internal mobility.
  • Support change management initiatives to improve business processes and organizational effectiveness.
  • Coach leaders through the Talent Management Life Cycle including succession and performance planning.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; Master’s preferred.
  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience in a manufacturing environment; multi-site or complex site experience preferred.
  • Experience supporting non-union facilities is required.
  • Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and project management capabilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate across all organizational levels.
