Company Description Chronometer Partners LLC is a newly formed private investment firm based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania that will provide advisory services and manage capital primarily for institutional investors. Role Description This is a full-time Investment Analyst role located in Pittsburgh, PA. The Investment Analyst will be responsible for analyzing public and private investments, detailed asset, operational and financial modeling, building and providing expertise and coverage in a portion of the energy, materials, industrials, power/utilities, renewables, and technology sectors, and providing recommendations for two investment strategies--one long-short and one long-biased. Qualifications Strong work ethic with a commitment to delivering quality results, regardless of the task Exceptional attention to detail and genuine interest in the subject matter Above-average proficiency in business modeling in Excel Strong teamwork and collaboration skills Ideally, some basic Python knowledge, but not required (if not, we will invest in you to learn Python), Unique experience in one of the above sectors (energy, materials, industrials, power/utilities and technology) or 2+ years of Finance, Investments and Financial Statement Analysis experience Bachelor's degree in Math, Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field Chronometer will keep your application strictly confidential.
