Responsibilities
  • Complete the PLACE Launch program
  • Use PLACE lead generation systems every week
  • Help buyers find their dream homes and get signed agreements
  • Negotiate offers for both buyers and sellers
  • Keep tasks and activities updated with PLACE Technology
  • Host two open houses each month
  • Turn prospecting and lead generation into scheduled appointments
  • Practice scripts weekly with the team
  • Join in on team activities and follow team guidelines
  • Attend weekly coaching sessions, training, and Partner Calls
  • Help sellers list and market their properties
  • Show your expertise in pricing, staging, and other listing services
Qualifications
  • Self-driven sales expert with a competitive edge
  • Exceptional at establishing connections, understanding client needs, and providing tailored solutions
  • Proficient in prospecting and generating leads
  • Naturally adept at handling objections
  • Excellent communicator with a dedication to service
