Responsibilities

•Work with buyers and sellers to facilitate real estate transactions from consultation through closing
•Attend virtual or in-person team huddles, meetings, and coaching sessions to sharpen skills and stay accountable
•Follow up on company-generated leads and nurture your own pipeline using our proven CRM systems
•Deliver world-class service by using our scripts, systems, and training to guide clients through the buying/selling process
•Collaborate with fellow agents and leadership to continually raise the standard for excellence
•Maintain detailed records of client interactions, transactions, and follow-up actions

Qualifications

•Active real estate license (or currently enrolled in licensing course)
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills-both written and verbal
•Coachable, goal-oriented, and committed to self-development
•Willingness to follow proven systems and be held accountable to performance standards
•Basic understanding of CRM and lead management tools (training provided)
•A growth mindset and the discipline to take consistent action
•Full-time commitment to real estate (no part-time agents at this time) Anchor Real Estate of Eastern NC
