  Now Hiring: Certified Nursing Attendants (LTC)

Contract

$22-$25/hr

As a  Certified Nursing Attendant , you'll play a key role in supporting our nursing staff by providing essential, direct care services to patients in a safe, respectful, and timely manner.

 

⚕️  Key Responsibilities

• Assist patients with personal care (bathing, dressing, oral hygiene, toileting, etc.)
• Support meal preparation and feeding
• Transfer and transport patients using Hoyer lifts and other equipment
• Take and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration)
• Perform Range of Motion (ROM) exercises
• Handle specimen collection and assist with general mobility and comfort
• Maintain documentation per policy and procedure
• Follow safety and infection control protocols

 

  Knowledge, Skills & Physical Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to lift/transfer patients and maneuver medical equipment
• Comfortable working in environments with exposure to blood/body fluids
• Understanding of hazardous waste/materials protocols
• Knowledge of emergency codes and safety procedures
• Ability to stand, bend, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods

 

  Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (required)
• New York State Certification as a Nursing Attendant (required)
• No prior experience necessary – we provide training!

️  Schedule & Shifts (40 hrs/week)

 

Please apply only if you can commit to consistent attendance and professional conduct.

• Day Shift (6:45 AM – 3:15 PM) – 4 positions
• Evening Shift (3:00 PM – 11:15 PM) – 4 positions
• Night Shift (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM) – 4 positions
• All roles require working every other weekend (EOW)
