Job Description

Our client, a private equity firm located in Boston, is seeking an Executive Assistant to join their team for 3+ months. This is a hybrid role with 4 days onsite, 1 remote, and has standard hours of 8:30AM-5PM. It is compensating up to $39 an hour, depending on experience. Responsibilities: Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate domestic and international travel, and prepare detailed itineraries. Handle monthly expense reporting via Concur, draft and edit correspondence and presentation materials, and manage logistics for meetings and guests. Assist with document preparation, printing, and distribution; support internal operations such as HR database entries and IT coordination. Collaborate with the broader administrative team for coverage and event support Qualifications: Prior executive support experience, preferably in financial services Experience with Concur and private air booking a plus. Strong organizational and communication skills, with a proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving. Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). High degree of professionalism, discretion, and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
